MSC Wins at NZ Property Council Awards

MSC Consulting is proud to have won a number of awards in the Property Council Rider Levett Bucknall New Zealand Property Awards on Friday 16 June.

In the Tourism and Leisure Property Award, the Adina Hotel for which MSC undertook structural engineering, working with Russell Property Group and Dominion Construction, received an excellence award and best in category award.

In the Industrial Property Awards three projects on which MSC undertook structural engineering and design received excellence awards:  Coca-Cola Amatil’s manufacturing, warehouse and office facility for Auckland International Airport; Big Chill Distribution’s head office and Auckland depot at Highbrook Park; and the Sistema Plastics manufacturing facility in the Auckland International Business Park.

The Sistema building also won Best in Category, and the overall Supreme Award.

MSC’s Director Geoff Chilcott says it was a great achievement for MSC and fantastic to be part of the team with Haydn & Rollett, Sistema and architects Woodhams Meikle Zhan.
